Criminal Polygraph Examination

Cancellation Policy

At the time of the booking, we will be taking a deposit for the appointment minus $100 that is due at the time of the examination. Once the appointment is booked, there is a 48 hour period for cancellation and 24 hours for rescheduling. Once these time limits have passed, the appointments are nonrefundable. Please be advised that as per the American Polygraph Association and the U.S. Department of Defense Polygraph Suitability Standards, that NO ONE is allowed to enter the examination room other than the examiner and the examinee. If you become ill before this appointment with a cold or a cough, please call the office and we will reschedule your appointment provided you send us a doctor’s note.
